1) Style: love the cole, style, and it really does black out without bleed around the edges 2) Customer service: is excellent in helping me plan the size and dimensions needed. They even overlaid measurements when I sent in a photo. 3) Install: was tricky as the bracket bolts are long and touch the motor which doesn’t leave enough room to screw on the wing-nut. I had to low the shade then try to thread the wing-nut. It took many tries. 4) Pairing: Set up via ZWave with Hubitat was easy and works with Apple HomeBridge. Voice commands and automations consistently work I also have a slightly older, uneven window. So I wonder if the fabric binding would have helped cover but otherwise unnoticeable

Easy to install and good quality. They fit perfectly and work great. Only minor complaint is that the Homekit QR code is on the top of the header. When installed you cannot get to it and have to take it down to add it. Anyway it can be placed in a more accessible spot would be great.

This shade was one of the easiest shades to install. This one was for a sliding door, and I was able to install it myself. Connecting to Alexa was a bit challenging but with the excellent customer service it was accomplished. I now have it in a routine, and it opens every morning and closes every evening.

These are the nicest shades I've ever owned and the motorized feature is amazing. Easy to install, easy to use. So many options for the remotes. Love that you can set the shades to a "favorite" mode for a one-click shade adjustment. I would recommend these to anyone looking at motorized shades. I also really love the 70% blackout. These shades are the easiest installation I've ever done, and have performed beautifully. They've integrated with Home Assistant with almost no effort, and seem to "Just Work".

After learning a couple of tricks, the shades were easy to install. Only needed a bit of assistance to hold them in place when tightening the wing nuts. Probably could install a narrower shade without assistance. Needed a bit of support to get all three shades on a single remote. Phone support was great and walked me through it. Added voice control with Alexa and a routine in SmartThings to lower the shades at sunrise each morning to block the glare from my large east facing windows. Easy to use the remote or Alexa for opening or closing. Haven’t figured how to open or close to a particular setting, e.g., 50%, with voice control, but easy enough to do with the remote either individually or simultaneously. Overall, we’ve been very pleased with the look and operation of the shades.

The 70% blackout woven wood shades are gorgeous and work well. My only issue is they are not opaque. Blackout, 70% and opaque are all separate styles. Blackout shut out light completely. Opaque (light filtering) shut out shadows and viewing but not light. Smartwings does not offer opaque. The 70% are still see-through slightly and allow more light than opaque. I was aiming for light filtering only, not see-through so more light passes through than I wanted. I am still enjoying them and I do recommend them. But if you really want opaque (light filtering) do not order these. They arrived promptly and in great shape.

These blinds look amazing, and were the easiest install of any blinds I've ever put up. I bought the Zigbee version and paired with Home Assistant. There were a some glitches eventually resolved by unpairing and repairing, it now appears to be working perfectly, and very stable.

I did a lot of research for motorized blinds. I ordered the samples, received them and selected the woven shades blackout style. I took the measurements for my windows and made the order. I received them in about 4 weeks. They came fully ready to be installed which was relatively easy. I ordered the 5-channel remote. The first 3 channels were already set to control one of each woven shade. I programed the 4th channel to group the three shades to raise and lower all together. How to program them was clearly explained in the instruction manual that came with the blinds. I highly recommend them so far. I've had them for about two weeks and they are beautiful and functional.
