How to Connect SmartWings Shades to Hubitat
After adding your Hubitat Hub, you can easily pair your SmartWings shades by following these steps:
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
Select “Devices” from the menu.
Click “Add Device” .
Hubitat supports Zigbee, Z-Wave, and Matter devices. In this example, we’ll use Zigbee.
Click “Start Zigbee Pairing”.
Once pairing is successful, you’ll see this confirmation screen. Tap “View device details” to access the control interface.
How to Share Matter Shades to Hubitat
- Obtain the sharing code for the Matter shades you want to connect and copy it.
- In Hubitat, go to the “Add Devices” section and enter the sharing code.
- Once pairing is complete, you can easily access the control page to manage your shades.
