We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

A Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. and return the product to the SmartWings warehouse within 15 days of our approval of your return. When returning or exchanging an item, the customer must use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Use original, unmarked packaging, including any included accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration. SmartWings may charge a 15% restocking fee on any accessories that have been opened. Note: Exceptions/non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.

B General Return Procedures

C Return Shipping Costs
