We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
A Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. and return the product to the SmartWings warehouse within 15 days of our approval of your return. When returning or exchanging an item, the customer must use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Use original, unmarked packaging, including any included accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration. SmartWings may charge a 15% restocking fee on any accessories that have been opened. Note: Exceptions/non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.
B General Return Procedures
To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address. 5900 Balcones Dr Ste 100 Austin, TX 78731-4298 and if your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and instructions on how and where to send your package. C Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our problem (e.g., incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund; if the return is due to the buyer's problem (e.g., did not like/wanted the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer shall pay the shipping costs. We do not charge consumers any fees for returns.
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. Note: If you do not receive a refund within 15 business days, please check your bank account again or contact us at email@example.com. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a while for refunds to be officially posted. If you have done so and still have not received a refund, please contact us at the service email address written on the website. Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs.
