Ordered 3 exterior shades for second story 4 foot windows, 12 feet of solar absorbing heat radiating UV destroying portals. They came programmed channels 1,2,3 and up/down limits. That is service. Installation was easy. Now when the sun is trying to incinerate us, we drop the shades and all is well. Thank you SmartWings.

We ordered several exterior roller blinds and delivery was very reasonable considering they were custom sizes and shipping from China (1.5-2.5 weeks, depending on order). Online chat was helpful when I had questions creating my order. Support was responsive and helpful when I didn't read the instruction and tried to connect the blinds to my network out of the order I supposed to use (pro tip, read and follow the included instructions). Blinds were easy to install, despite my home's many challenges (installing into a hardwood and using a scaffold for some of the blinds). I have the blinds automated using HomeKit/Thread and have experienced zero drops or issues over the last month. As the brand expands, it would be good to see other fabric choices and a variety of "openness".

The installation went fairly smooth. The one issue I had was that the hole for the cables was not threaded correctly. It seems that the hole was an M3 and needed to rethreaded with a tap to m4. This was an inconvienence. Otherwise they are great and work well.

We are SO happy with our new blinds! Look great, high quality, easy to install, prices are very competitive, and with personalized customer service. We bought exterior shades to cover windows several that get 8+ hours of sun exposure. We've had several 86 degree days since installing the blinds and, the decrease in heat transfer through the windows is significant.

We almost ordered this product from Amazon but decided to go to their website instead and by doing so saved about 70.00. Install was a breeze (even into block), setup was easy to Alexa and we opted for the solar powered supply. The only issue we had was the remote was not in the package but a simple email and it was taken care of. So far so good, we love it and it works as advertised.

We are really impressed with this item! We have a 6” frame around our window and the motorized housing unit was assembled to the exact width of our window and frame. The shade itself is about a half-inch to an inch inside the housing unit so it covers our window perfectly and no sunlight peaks in around the sides. My wife and I installed the three mounting brackets in under an hour making sure they were level. After that, the housing unit quickly and easily attached to the brackets and all that was left was securing the guide wires. I installed them easily myself. After putting the batteries in the remote, I followed the instructions on how to adjust the level stop without difficulty. I did purchase the solar panel and attached it to my roof with wood and double sided tape. It is a pretty narrow solar strip so not visible from ground level. Start to finish, installation was under two hours and I am a slow worker! Just a note, once ordered, the item is made to order from the factory (I assume) in China and was shipped to our home via FedEx which arrived in about two weeks. I wasn’t aware of this when I ordered it and it took a little time before I received notice our order was being processed. I did send an email to customer service asking about the order and received a quick response. All and all, we are very pleased with this product!
