I love my Smart Link! A few months ago, I purchased Smartwings roller blinds for four rooms in my house. They are beautiful and work really well. I did not have a smart hub system in my home. So, I ordered them with the standard motor. Recently, I decided that I wanted to be able to schedule my blinds to go up and down when I’m not home. So, I purchased the Smart Link. Before I bought it, I spoke with a very friendly and knowledgeable customer service person who told me that it would work; and she was right. It took less than 10 minutes to get the Smart Link set up and working. I have several stored routines in the SmartLife app; and I can control the blinds from my phone, as well as from the standard remote.

Easy set up for non techs
"Alexa, watch a Movie" is all I need to say to turn on my TV and surround system as well as close my Smartwings blackout blinds. This device was easy to set up and get rolling. Would highly recommend.

Smart link is a little janky to set up but once you have it you can indeed link all your Echos to these! They are high quality, relatively easy to set up, well packaged. I will be ordering again soon.
Ordered a 6' blackout motorized shade for 93 year old mother. It would be too difficult for her to open and close either shades or blinds. Paired it with smart life app to have it automatically open and close at set time. Also easily linked it to Google assistant as shown in video. Like it so much just ordered a second one for additional window.

Had an issue with the original one I was sent. Smartwings support troubleshooted, and ultimately sent me a new hub for free. Once I got the new one everything set up smoothly!
Love the shades! Quick to install and was easy to set lower limit. Controlling three shades with one remote and it works well. I still need to activate the smart hub so I can schedule the shades to open and close.
We ordered a single blind to test it out. It arrived in two weeks, installed super easily, and just worked as expected. Couldn’t be happier and are ordering the same blinds for the rest of the condo.

Very easy to install, much easier than any other simple blind on the market! Due to the spring hinges! Easily removed as well. Quality is great, I highly recommend these 5 star blinds.
We purchased one interior shade and one exterior shade to 'test' them out before we ordered more. The customer service thus far has been excellent. We requested a small change that was accurately followed (valance cover different color from shade color). Both shades installed in minutes, worked perfectly from the start and now they are tied into our Google home so that when the temperature hits 70F, they automatically close (and auto raise at sunset). I even accidentally left the casement window open on the exterior shade so it got caught. I was sure I'd ruined the brand new shade...nope, told it to lift the shade, shut the window, and lowered it-worked perfectly! Hopefully these stand the test of time because they are amazing. We have three friends now ordering some too after seeing ours and hearing the costs. Impatiently waiting for the rest of our shades now, so excited to get them-they usually ship in 2-3 weeks!
Social media marketing led me to Smartwings & I'm very happy with my decision to go with them. You don't have to pay for professionals and their high prices... Do it yourself. Very easy to install. Ordered 3 which came nicely packaged. They were all marked as defined when l ordered. My remote came pre programmed. Just a great experience. Last thing... Support is fantastic. I was concerned about which motor to get that would work with Google Home. Pointed me in the right direction with the standard motor ensuring me they would work with what I wanted to do, that is scheduling the blinds.... Works like a charm & saved me $200. Ordering for the Master next.
I was hesitant to order blinds off the internet but after watching reviews online, and ordering samples, I called SmartWings to get more information. Rachelle answered all my questions. A few weeks later when I was ready to place my order, Rachelle personally phoned me back while she was on vacation! Talk about customer service! After installing our first blind, and using it for just a few days, I knew that I could order blinds for the rest of our new home with confidence. SmartWings is a great product for a great price! I will be telling all my friends and neighbors to check out SmartWings if they are in the market for blinds.
These roller shades are very easy to install and fit perfectly in the three large windows we needed them for. Upon arrival they were packaged very well and protected. I was able to install these by myself. They are quiet and the design of the roller casing blends in. The hardware on roller shades can look too commercial but these blend nicely with the window frame. 70% blackout is perfect for allowing day light in to brighten the room while still maintaining visual privacy. The smart module uses the Smart Life app, which I then connected to Google Home. If you're familiar with smart home tech, it's incredibly easy to set up and we've got these shades set to close 15 minutes after sunset. The app allows full control and limit setting if you want your shades closed by X%. Highly recommend this product.

New home purchase: over 54 windows in the house. 34 in need of immediate covering. About half need black out and the other half are light filtering. These are way better than the more expensive ones I was quoted at local big box retailers. Was initially hesitant to go with a sight unseen brand. Amazon has been good to me, so figured I give Smartwings a shot. Unboxing was pleasantly surprised at how nice they are. Boxes were well packed with good cushioning. There was some initial confusion with 2 separate orders I placed, but their excellent customer service was quick and responsive. They helped get everything in one order and made sure everything was ok. They confirmed how I measured before cutting just to be safe. All responses were within an hour of request via Amazon messages. Very happy with SmartWings so far. Shipping was way faster than expected. I'll post more info after they are installed in a new house in a couple of weeks. Im 2 months in and have installed a second round. 34 windows total. Have all kinds of zones and settings to open an close different rooms based on time of day. I bought the additional hub and have everything controllable via Alexa. Out of 34 windows, my best quote installed locally was more than twice as much with only 30% the windows motorized. Had 2 "budget" quotes that were even more than 2 times as much. I ended up do the measurements myself and only messed up on one blind - and that was during order entry. Smartwings took care of a replacement free - just had to switchout the motor (real quick - 2 screws). Can not say enough good things about these blinds.
Bought the Alexa enabled motor in anticipation of upgrading some alexa devices for voice control, in the meantime purchased the Smart Life gateway USB device that worked seamlessly with my older alexa echo systems for voice control. Bought one shade to test it and it was advertised and love it, just ordered 4 more ...

Awesome blinds!! They were packaged really well. No issues with installation. Love how they are programmable. Told a friend about them and now he is going to order some.
First I downloaded the wrong app and had to agree to a subscription… which is not required; don’t be fooled by apps with similar names. Then my phone did not have a 2.4g option, and it was difficult to find instructions on the app for the work around. The help desk was helpful, and if the app worked overnight and closes and opens my blinds as scheduled, so I have updated my review to add a fifth star.

I really like my outside shade which I need for privacy between my house and a neighbor. They can see directly into my family room from a laundry room and also leave light on most nights. My only wish is if you had an outdoor blackout shade, but what I have works well. I’m adding a little layer of privacy film and pretty sure if will work great!! Thks. P:S. Oracle 651 vinyl
