Ordered a 6' blackout motorized shade for 93 year old mother. It would be too difficult for her to open and close either shades or blinds. Paired it with smart life app to have it automatically open and close at set time. Also easily linked it to Google assistant as shown in video. Like it so much just ordered a second one for additional window.

The Smart Link wifi adapter w/the standard (less expensive) motor gives us complete control of our blind via the Smart Life app. And, we can also control it with the SmartWings remote control.

tldr: it worked.
Setting this up can be combat - multiple installs / uninstalls of Smart Life app. Repeated unlinking of shades to Google Home. After struggling with this, two tips:
Install Smart Life and link to Google Home from there (not the reverse).
Once linked, rename the blind.

They work well with a couple of caveats. First they say that they work with Alexa, but that is only if you have an Echo with Zigbee support, which I don't see mentioned anywhere on their site. Then if you buy their Zigbee controller stick, it only works when connected to a 2.4GHz wireless router, also not mentioned anywhere.
If you get past these issues, then they work well.

Product works well however the instructions are obviously written in a non English speaking country. The instructions included a step based on fast and slow blinking. I chose the wrong option 3 times and after trying resetting everything in my system I tried the other option. From then on I had no issues, it setup each blind very quickly and it then immediately became a device available in alexa. At first I had problems trying to open and close with alexa, but once I changed the name of my blinds to something very different from other devices in my house it worked beautifully. My only complaint other than the poorly written directions is that it must be plugged into a USB port rather than a direct wall connection. Easily corrected with a 90 degree wall wart

We purchased one interior shade and one exterior shade to 'test' them out before we ordered more. The customer service thus far has been excellent. We requested a small change that was accurately followed (valance cover different color from shade color). Both shades installed in minutes, worked perfectly from the start and now they are tied into our Google home so that when the temperature hits 70F, they automatically close (and auto raise at sunset). I even accidentally left the casement window open on the exterior shade so it got caught. I was sure I'd ruined the brand new shade...nope, told it to lift the shade, shut the window, and lowered it-worked perfectly! Hopefully these stand the test of time because they are amazing. We have three friends now ordering some too after seeing ours and hearing the costs. Impatiently waiting for the rest of our shades now, so excited to get them-they usually ship in 2-3 weeks!

Ordered 3 which came nicely packaged. They were all marked as defined when l ordered. My remote came pre programmed. Just a great experience. Last thing... Support is fantastic. I was concerned about which motor to get that would work with Google Home. Pointed me in the right direction with the standard motor ensuring me they would work with what I wanted to do, that is scheduling the blinds.... Works like a charm & saved me $200. These roller shades are very easy to install and fit perfectly in the three large windows we needed them for. Upon arrival they were packaged very well and protected. I was able to install these by myself. They are quiet and the design of the roller casing blends in. The hardware on roller shades can look too commercial but these blend nicely with the window frame. 70% blackout is perfect for allowing day light in to brighten the room while still maintaining visual privacy.
The smart module uses the Smart Life app, which I then connected to Google Home. If you're familiar with smart home tech, it's incredibly easy to set up and we've got these shades set to close 15 minutes after sunset. The app allows full control and limit setting if you want your shades closed by X%.

New home purchase: over 54 windows in the house. 34 in need of immediate covering. About half need black out and the other half are light filtering. These are way better than the more expensive ones I was quoted at local big box retailers. Was initially hesitant to go with a sight unseen brand. Amazon has been good to me, so figured I give Smartwings a shot. Unboxing was pleasantly surprised at how nice they are. Boxes were well packed with good cushioning. There was some initial confusion with 2 separate orders I placed, but their excellent customer service was quick and responsive. They helped get everything in one order and made sure everything was ok. They confirmed how I measured before cutting just to be safe. All responses were within an hour of request via Amazon messages. Very happy with SmartWings so far. Shipping was way faster than expected. I'll post more info after they are installed in a new house in a couple of weeks.
Im 2 months in and have installed a second round. 34 windows total. Have all kinds of zones and settings to open an close different rooms based on time of day. I bought the additional hub and have everything controllable via Alexa.
Out of 34 windows, my best quote installed locally was more than twice as much with only 30% the windows motorized. Had 2 "budget" quotes that were even more than 2 times as much. I ended up do the measurements myself and only messed up on one blind - and that was during order entry. Smartwings took care of a replacement free - just had to switchout the motor (real quick - 2 screws).
