Love these zebra blinds. They block out the heat and sun very well. I love how I can control the amount of light coming through. Easy to clean. Replacing my old blinds with these. Smartwings Zebra shades are amazing. I like that you can choose how you want your shade to operate. Whether it’s manual, battery-powered, or electric. There’s no wrong choice, but I prefer the electric option because I don’t like being inconvenienced by having to recharge or replace batteries at random times of the month. That’s also how I have my Nest cameras set up (hardwired). The remote is solid, and so far I’ve had no issues. I wall-fished the electrical wire and tapped it into my light switch (after doing my homework first). I wouldn’t have done it if I wasn’t 100% sure of what I was doing. I took my time and installed it with ease. Con: the motor is a bit slow, but I’m okay with that, it still works great. Overall, I’m very happy. My wife was hesitant at first, but after she saw it installed, she wanted the same setup for our other windows and sliding door. (Happy wife, happy life! LOL.) Smartwings customer service is truly amazing. They do everything they can to help, and they’re polite, respectful, and based in Texas. It reminds me of the good old days when businesses actually cared about their customers. 4 out of 5 stars because there’s always room for improvement. If they keep running things this way, they’ll always have my business, and I’d gladly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you, Smartwings!

I am a fan of all things automation. Smartwings gave the perfect option for Zebra blinds that used both remote controls and Zigbee protocols for my automation. I had been researching for a year, and i'm glad i chose Smartwings.
Outstanding customer service which is an unfortunate rarity in all industries. We had questions about installation and the customer service department had answers. Knowing that they will stand behind the product, for something that may involve self installation, really takes the stress out of the process. Wonderful experience all around. 10 out of 10
easy install, fits just perfectly. Keep in mind that although the actual blinds frame is a perfect match the actual blinds will be maybe .5" shorter from the wall so if your windows let in too much light at that point you might want to consider outside mount. It's quiet, works well and paired with my z wave ecosystem easily and readily. Still having trouble ordering on my PC for some reason but the site works on android firefox browser

Amazing experience from start to finish. Shipping is so fast and well packaged. Very easy to install the brackets. Hold the button for six seconds to pair the zigbee motor with a SmartThings hub. Customer service is incredible they shipped me a replacement blind for an issue I had and I was up and running in a week. Great company great product, they deserve the praise they are getting.

I was very hesitant to order such an expensive product online sight unseen. Well I can tell you that the product as well as the customer service was above my expectations. I ordered the zebra shades for my entire house that is new construction. I shopped around with three other companies. This product was by far the best priced. The order came in less than two weeks later. The quality is second to none! In addition I made a mistake with the measurements of one window and inverted the numbers. I called customer service and they got me a new shade with correct measurements for half price in less than one week. I highly recommend smart wings!
The blind was easy to install and works great! There was a minor alignment issue with the fabric but customer service was helpful and providing a replacement. I’ve already ordered blinds for the other 11 windows in my house!

These blinds are awesome, well made and easy to install I wish I knew about these blinds years ago, the only issue I had when I bought the blinds was I had the incorrect Alexa, other than that these blinds are fantastic. I would suggest get some sample colors before buying, I lucked out and they matched perfectly.

I Love it ❤️ Zebra shades, Astrid model. The color is awesome. It's so subtle it combines with everything. Installation process is easy, depending on the lenght of your blind you might need a second pair of hands. I was able to install a 50 inch W by my self Remote is great and homekit integration is awesome.
Just love these blinds. They were well packed and made of high-quality materials. Delivery time was quick and installation was a breeze (only took about 15 minutes from start to finish). After ordering and installing my first one I was so impressed that I immediately ordered two more. I had to pair the second set to the remote, but the instructions were easy to follow so no problem there. It is also convenient that the blinds are preset to the window height which saved me the time to do it myself. My only recommendation would be to put secondary guidelines above and below the center line on the paper install template to show the second screw hole placement with maybe vertical lines at 1-inch increments. I'm already measuring windows for my next set and may add the solar charging option for the difficult to reach blinds.

Quick delivery, clear instructions. Materials are all excellent and highly attractive. Installation took 12 minutes. Took a bit longer to get the Alexa integration completed and it still needs to be 'tuned' for fully closed to just zebra state, but that should just take 10 min of goofing with the Alexa app. Great product thus far. 1 down 6 more to go!

Beautiful blinds and work very well
We put in over a dozen blinds in our new house. A mix of hardware and battery powered. All of them ZWave. They have been absolutely fantastic. We love the Zebra style blinds. They block out a good amount of light and give you good flexibility with allowing light in. Fabric quality is excellent. The motorized functionality is perfect. The remotes are great. The motors are responsive and quiet. Very impressive for the price compared to other brands. We had one motor that wouldn't pair to zwave so I reached out to support which was very helpful and after some troubleshooting steps they sent a new motor which worked great.
Love the motorized shades; will getting more to complete all windows for the house.

Material and textures of the blinds are great, keep the house cool down from the sun and have enough light through the windows.
