We were having the windows and siding replaced and wanted shades on the south facing wall. The windows are very tall so having control of them meant either long chains or motors. I heard about SmartWings Matter over Ethernet motors and that is what sold me. We did the wiring while the window trim was off during replacement. They work wonderfully!
Great blinds - love the automation
These things worked great, right out of the box. Couldn't be happier!
The shades blend in nicely with the existing decor. They've been running for almost a month now. Installation was easy. We're very happy with them. The only problem we've had is that on rare occasions not all four blinds will trigger on the first push of the remote. It may require a second button push to get them all activated.

The shades were extremely easy to install. Before messing with the remote, I suggest reading the manual, especially if you have multiple shades. I goofed things up, but easily fixed them after reading the manual.

I ordered these blinds because the options were exactly what I was looking for and the price was much lower than the options at the local retailers. When they arrived it took me about 10 minutes per blind to install. Integration with Alexa was super easy. Love these blinds and I'm about to order some more for another room.
Blinds arrived after about a week, and were installed through NBI without any issues! I wish the location of the Matter QR code was a bit more clear and handled before install, but it wasn't too hard to figure it out.
The blind is fantastic! It does a good job of blocking out the light and is much better than the curtains I had before for ease of use. If you want a complete block of outside light inside the window frame would not be a good choice. Some light around the edges is not an issue for me. My only complaint is that there is not app from Smartwings to unlock more options for use. Google Home does not yet support schedules with these blinds. Having a basic app would be nice for an ecosystem that doesn't support all options. This is absolutely not a deal breaker because I can just go get another thread and matter device for these and tie it into the Google home system I have. I absolutely would recommend these and plan on buying more.
