Really great experience buying from your company. We just did the bottom so far but will rent a machine to go high to install the balance soon and will update a complete picture. Items are packaged really securely so nothing was damaged in shipping. Quality product. We will be doing more room for sure. We had also order a swatch and it was a must make you see texture and color better than just on the site. It looks so much better already. Can't wait to see it complete.

At this point, we have fully outfitted our newly renovated home with 18 total SmartWings Safari 100% Blackout shades (white) across several different orders. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality, usability and light blocking that these smart shades offer. The control redundancy between having a physical remote but also being able to use Apple Homekit and/or Alexa to control the shades is peak smart home efficiency for me. I invested in a handful of the smallest 10000maH battery packs with USB-C connectors I could find on Amazon to periodically charge these, but I've noticed after topping all of them off, the battery life--even with pretty high traffic use--seems like these will definitely go for their advertised months on end before needing to be recharged. I would encourage Smart Wings to develop their own "power brick" that be left plugged in to charge the motor but offers minimal interference with the shades themselves. Something slim that could dangle off to the side and charge the blinds without interrupting the shade use--I'd buy one for every window!
I highly recommend this company and product. I paid a little over $500 and got all the options I needed. I had a budget company come to my house and quote me almost 1300 for less of a product. I highly recommend this company.
Easy to install and set up on home assistant. Would have given 5 stars if mounting had more options, remote was easier to set up for multiple and there wasn't a slight crinkle in one of the fabrics. Still very happy.
I am simply blown away by SmartWings products. We just finished a full home remodel and the algo has been targeting me for a while with SmartWings products, so I decided to give them a try. The measurement procedure was very straight forward and on a few instances where I had some questions about rounding up or down, their website customer service chat had an answer for me within minutes. We ordered a first phase of windows to test these out (roughly 35-40% of the house) and went with 100% blackout safari in the white fabric. The color is beautiful and literally tonal with our wall color (Sherwin Williams Alabaster). Installation is stupid simple…it takes longer to unbox the shades than it does to get them up and mounted. We are absolutely thrilled with our SmartWings shades. We’ve since placed several more orders to complete all of the windows and slider doors in our home.

We received the samples we needed to choose from before ordering. We love the look, it changed our whole living area and windows and door walls. Great product , company service is great. Anytime we had a question , the answers were always provided. Definitely recommend this product. The product was delivered in a timely fashion and very well secured. No damage at all. Measured twice! and placed once and they are perfect! the only slight annoyance I have is that the Helix Dial remote sometimes does not close all the covers at once. they really work great with home assistant and they are of great quality! if you are on the fence I can only wholeheartedly recommend them!

These roller shades look great and work perfectly. The battery powered shades work with a remote to make the job effortless and I love the clean and trim look. The 100% room darkening is amazing . Since these are outside mount, there is a little light at the sides, which doesn't bother me otherwise I could have ordered slightly larger size. They do offer additional light blockers which I chose not to add. The fabric is heavy duty and should be long lasting. Installation was quick and easy with all the necessary hardware and fasteners included in eco-friendly package. I am impressed with the speedy delivery with timely notifications. The customer service is great. I had to call them due to a confusion with the order and they worked with me to resolve it to my complete satisfaction with impressive speed. This is where I will be getting my shades for future needs.

The installation was easy once I realized the blinds were very forgiving about being centered. The HomeKit set up was a breeze and I love being able to ask Siri to raise and lower my blinds as well as have an automation set up. You can set up HomeKit before you install the blinds which makes it easier. I’ll be ordering more blinds for sure!
