I appreciate how quiet it is and the soft start and stop.
The install was smooth and mostly easy. Because of the 62” width and the three mounting brackets and me with only two arms, I needed help getting it locked into the brackets. Everything else was silk! I was expecting some part to have a fit issue. Either the width of the blind or the side rails, but everything was absolutely perfect!

I was a little hesitant to order roller shades and side channels online. I also ordered the solar panel for charging. Easy to install. As long as you can get your measurements right these will work out great. The company communicated well in a timely manner.

We needed a blind for our door so we went with the roller blind. Installation was a breeze. I connected it to my Apple Home quickly and we were up and running. It looks great and we are happy with the final results.
Very pleased with the order. ZigBee motors works great! There could be some soft dampening on the back side of the bottom bar as it can rub against the wall in case of some wind.

I was slightly worried that the blind would be too wide to pass the tiles half way up the window aperture. This was not an issue. I didn't use the included screws, as they were too long for my particular case. Once the clips were installed, the blind clipped in nicely. I didn't get the solar panel as level as I would have liked, but this is no reflection on the product. The blind is connected, through matter, to Apple Home, which allows me to ask Siri to control it. I intend to automate it in the near future. The documentation is good and the product is well packaged for shipping.

These have been bullet proof since installing 2 weeks ago. I did 5 blinds. Four 70% light filtering in a bay window (white ones) and 1 blackout in a bedroom black onyx). I bought all 3 remotes and use matter/thread for home automation integration with my Google home assistant network. I am using solar chargers on all 5 (although have only hooked up the bedroom blind at this point, wanted to see how long the other four will last on a single charge I did before installing them) They arrived preprogrammed and walk flawlessly out of the box. Installation was a snap and the measurements perfect. I chose inside window design to keep it minimally invasive to my old home decor. I ended up factory resetting the 4 bay window blinds to get the remote groupings in sync. Because I wanted to try each remote, I was running into a problem that some of them worked with one remote group and the other 2 with another and it was just easier to factory reset and follow the steps to pair all 4 to the same remote/automation group at once. Very happy with that process and choice, it wasn't that technical The material is great, fit and finish professional. I considered lutron blinds which were more that twice as expensive but have 0 regrets right now with my purchase. So glad to have kept the money in my pocket.

This was a zigbee shade installed in my Master bath. Shade went up in mins. Remote was already programmed to control the shade. Set my lower limits. Shade came with a charger. Charged the motor pretty fast. The wife was very please with the fabric of the shade as well.
They shipped to my apartment in Colombia for free and they arrived in two weeks. Easy install. Very quiet. Great purchase.
Love the binds. Ended up buying angle wood to glue on to the ends of the blinds to make it more blackout for sleeping during the day (I work nights). Had some problems setting up HomeKit on one of the blinds. Not sure why it wasn't responding (I think it was the HomeKit). After a few attempts it works pretty nicely now. Auto open and close is amazing!!! Bought the solar panels but I really don't think you need them. Apparently the batteries last 600 open and close cycle so you can just charge them with a battery pack once a year. Home kit tells you how much charge is left.
Website was easy to use. Tons of videos and descriptions everywhere to answer any questions you might have. The order process was well laid out, making each order as custom as you need it to be. My order confirmation came right away, the delivery notice a week and a half later and it showed up at my door when expected. Didn't have to mess with duties or anything, which was nice! Everything was packaged well and no missing parts. Took a couple measurements, double checked bracket placement and screwed them in place. I bought the complete black-out kit so I had to mount a couple guide rails but nothing complicated. Snapped the blinds in place, pressed a button on the remote and watched the magic happen. I didn't have to adjust anything and everything works and looks great. Could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you SmartWings!
They are beautiful blinds, and they give the room a modern look. The motor is is very quiet, and they barely make a sound going up, and down. I already purchased more blinds for my kitchen. I truly love these blinds.
