We bought the blind because we wanted a product we could integrate with our smart home that was sold at a reasonable price. The blind was shipped promptly after our order, was delivered quickly after shipping, and when it arrived took only 20 minutes to install. The pre-calibration of the blind was spot on and to this point has worked flawlessly with both Home Assistant and Apple HomeKit. We are completely happy with the fabric we chose as well. The blind is everything SmartWings advertised it to be and we plan to buy more.
Selected white 3%, 4’ x 97” for sliding door. Video attached. Eventually would like to purchase more for my kitchen windows with 1% openness. Thus far extremely happy and proud of them.

The shades work and look great. Customer Service was as the name implies....SERVICE to the CUSTOMER. I made an error on one shade and they gave me a break on the redo cost. We love our shades! We purchased the UV Blocking 1%. We bought just one to make sure we liked it. We loved it! We have purchased 9 so far and then realized we needed a total of 13 for our open concept kitchen/Dining/Living Room. We have them on one remote so we can lower and raise them all together or individually. Very quick delivery!
The overall experience was excellent. The online ordering was easy. Contact with customer service was quick and efficient. Delivery was quick (Less than 2 weeks). The documentation/manuals were easy to follow. I like that printed copies were provided so I did not have to find them and print. The installation was easy because of the good design. The blinds fit perfectly between the shutters and the window. So far the binds block the light as needed. I am still trying to measure how much the heat from the direct sunlight is reduced. I would definitely purchase again.
Easy to Install, battery lasts long and overall the shade looks great. Just be mindful of your measurements - i'd recommend always incorporating an extra 2 inches on each end.
The motorized shades are perfect in our enclosed sunroom at the lake. Still a great view but much less heat and glare. Easy to install. All 4 were already factory programmed to work together! Very happy with this purchase.

This blind goes above our kitchen sink so it will get a lot of moisture. The material is made for moisture exposure. It is great because you can see the outside but the outside cannot see in. Plus it blocks the harsh sun very well when it's shining directly onto the house. Smart wing shades are superior to the other ones that we have ordered. And they have great customer service.
I’m very happy with the shades. Everything looks great, the delivery was smooth, and the customer service via email has been excellent. I really couldn’t have asked for better support.
The only very minor downside is that a bit more of the fabric is cut than I would have preferred. I was aware of this beforehand, but from certain angles it can look slightly less clean. That said, this is expected with an inside mount.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I was a bit concerned that the cassette would not fit the window inset but I was pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. I also didn’t know how long the battery would last but I’ve been running it every day for the past three weeks with no problem. This test was successful so I immediately went and ordered six more.

Laser Up with MiMo Design
The blinds hung very easy. The set up was ok. I did call customer service for help with setting up the remote. I wanted the blinds numbered in a different order than was preset on the remote, that went well with help. She was very helpful. The app setup was a little more difficult. I couldn't find the 5th blind. The app had put it in a different page in the app. Still haven't set up the wall remote. We will see how that goes.
