We are thoroughly enjoying our shades. They were relatively easy to install and the company gave lots of tips and tricks and instructions for making sure they’re the perfect fit. We even have a bay window, which can be tricky. Overall, I’d recommend this every single time. We love ours.

Easy to install and works great
Great product! A little noisy when operating. Not the motor sound but a crackling sound, almost like the shade is sticking to itself. Hoping that gets better as the shades are put up/down. Ordering more for the house since this one was so easy to install and operates perfectly!
I little bit of trouble getting everything connected. I added a second thread router (Apple TV and iPod home) and everything now works great. Easy install and work great now that everything is setup. I have 20 blinds so I think when you have that many additional routers are needed.

We've been emailing back and forth with the SmartWings team for months after Hunter Douglas gave us an absurd ($12k!) quote for blinds. It's amazing they operate with this level of personalized customer service at this scale. We shared photos, they got us swatches to choose from, and eventually we settled on the right fabric and the right setup. The roller blinds are PERFECT. Matter/Thread connection was up and running on HomeKit in minutes. We found even thinner solar panels on aliexpress and they hide right behind the housing. Install was easy -- much better hardware than selectblinds and other retailers (they use spring-loaded brackets instead of ension), the fine-tuning of the blind length with the remote is easy too. Make sure you check the "how to measure" pages to really dial in the perfect fit too. If you are shopping around, just go with SmartWings, it's the right choice. Received the shade faster than expected. Well packaged. We are very impressed and absolutely love it. Also very quiet just as advertised. I researched using AI and SmartWings product met all my requirements. Works great using Alexa. Auto down at sunset and raises again at midnight so we awake to sunlight.

We love our smart wings shades! They work perfect on our stairway with long windows. So convenient and it never gets old watching the blinds open in unison with the click of a button and they look great! Highly recommend as it would have cost about the same to replace our old manual blinds with new manual blinds and these are way better.

Great product , quality and fast delivery
The smart shades are great because I did not want or like the look of vertical blinds on my sliding door so I wanted to do something different. The quality is good and everything was easy to set up and mount. I got the Z-wave motor because it incorporated very easily with my HomeAssistant set up and works amazing with setting up routines or automations on my windows.
The shade works great and was easy to install. I enjoy the shade being automated and programmed to open and close. The software app works well.

Motorized roller shade installed and functions perfectly and as advertised. Only problem is the solar charger does not fit in our octagon window and I would have needed to fish the lead wire through the wall since the shade is wall mounted above the window. This is not a standard installation since it is an octagon window but we will simply charge the battery with the cord every few months. They say it should last 4-6 months on a charge. After much research this was the the best option for our octagon window.
These Roller blinds are perfect for my needs. They were super easy to install. Had one issue with a broken mounting bracket and the company immediately sent me a whole new set. They even went out of the way to help me with a large custome order. I am very pleased and would highly recommend.
I am ecstatic about my motorized blinds. They add so much class to the room and with a push of a button they are synced together moving instead of grabbing and pulling a string. They were so easy to install, I was shook!! I ordered another single for my kitchen and will be adding them upstairs to all our bedrooms as well!!
I've put these blinds up all through my house. Easy to order, easy to install, easy to automate, look great. Only wish is that there was a Homey app. Otherwise had to get a SmartThings hub just to run them.

I hope they last for the price but very pleased so far. They seem very sturdy and since we don’t need to touch them my only real concern is just hoping the software side doesn’t date and become non functional. That’s why I went with a known brand and crossing my fingers. Install was very very easy, especially after the first. Very happy with the option for black hardware to blend with my windows. Adjusting the stop and start points is a little confusing the first time but easy once you get it. They do a pretty good job of setting them to the right places right out of the box though. They label the shades with the name you give them so you know what’s what. Great experience, I have my 5th one coming.
