(2) Pre-sales tech support was *outstanding*! Always available (even on weekends!), knowledgeable, and patient! By the time I was ready to order, I was confident that I knew what I was doing.

(4) Three days after my order, my shades shipped, and I received them 9 days after my order. Wow!
(5) Though the shades were traveling a long distance, the outer delivery box was in good shape upon arrival -- no dents or rips. And the internal four boxes were pristine, with great labelling that matched my order. After a thorough check, the dimensions were perfect, and the motors were all in their correct locations.
(6) Instructions for installation were clear. One thing that I didn't realize when I ordered was that the location of the brackets was not critical, so I could just install them "close enough". That really simplified the installation. And the shades were lightweight enough that I could easily navigate them by myself into position and mount them with a quick snap.
(7) I needed a little help with setting up the remote control, and tech support was just as helpful during this phase as during pre-sale.

Our shades are perfect! They really block out the light good and are very beautiful. We have them set with the Alexa app to go up at sunrise and go down at sunset! She will also control them however I want during the day. I did not order the solar panel because a single charge lasts so long, but I think I will. Just so I won't have to think about it because I have to keep looking up past the curtains trying to find the indicator light to see if its needs charged. We will be ordering more for all the windows in the house! They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny. The customer service is amazing as well.
Blinds worked out perfect! I took my measurements and ordered the 50% light filtering zigbee roller shades. From the inside there is some light coming in and I can see outside perfectly. From the outside I can barely see in which is what I was hoping for. The shades were packed VERY well and install was a breeze! Just screw the clips in at the top of the window framing and clip the shades on. The shades show up in Home Assistant and I can open and close them easily with the remote as well.

Have been very happy with the Smartwings roller shade that we got for our large kitchen window. This was part of a complete kitchen overhaul and this window is so large that early morning light is very bright. The 50% sun block shade was not only the perfect solution, we picked a color that complimented the kitchen very well. It will spend 90% of the time in the up position, but is very nice to have down at various positions when needed, or when looks nice (1/2 way down at night for example). Not only shipped very quickly, but install was easy and instructions clear. Super happy with the purchase.

One advice: measure and re-measure as many times as needed (to a 1/4th of an inch level) to make sure that the shades fit perfectly in your space, and then purchase the shades. We did it and the shades fitted perfectly.

I love almost everything about these and highly recommend. I am a software developer and almost my whole house is run via Alexa but I have struggled a little to get these working with Alexa. It’s very touchy to wording and doesn’t work about 75% of the time. I am sure I will figure it out but have not after two weeks, multiple resets and multiple rereads of the instructions. Other than that, this may be the best purchase of my entire recent remodel.
Easy to install and operate. Works well with the SmartThings app. Grouped three of these blinds together so they can all operate together with the push of a button. Purchased these to cut down on the glare in our living room. The shades let a little more light thru than I had hoped but think they will work fine.
Great product. Two weeks of using and the battery is still at 95%. The only thing that I should have done was research the motor compatibility better. The Hubitat home controller that I have isn’t the best option to connect to my Alexa. I’m ordering the Alexa motors on my next shades.

The roller shade was easier than we thought to install. It looks sleek and clean. The motor is very quiet. 50% does let light through so we can still see the trees outside, but it blocks the direct sun from our couches. Love the Pearl color. We will be ordering more roller shades. Customer service always answer and is a real person. They are very knowledgeable.

We have 6 LARGE windows and the prospect of spending $$$ with one of the many companies offering motor-shades was very stressful.
The first roller shade, a blackout for a bedroom, was excellent in both light performance and operation. The raise/lower is almost silent and programing instructions for the remote and Apple Homekit were perfect.
Our second shade was to replace a manual cellular which passes light and also reduces heat transfer in both summer and winter. I ordered the 50% blackout roller and that was a mistake, but my disappointment was alleviated by the phenomenal customer service department-Michelle Chen is incredible!
She was able to send out a replacement roller insert with 70% fabric for a reasonable fee and the swap completed on the bedroom floor was perfect. The experience of exchanging the shade roller allowed to see how well designed and manufactured these shades are.
