This was our first smart blinds addition to our home. SmartWings have nailed the experience from beginning to end, from ordering including details about how to measure, communication for tracking, and the instructions were easy to follow. I am not a particularly handy person, and it was not difficult to install (besides getting a ladder that could reach this height). We love the Nowa Cellular Shade and look forward to getting the next SmartWings blinds now that this has passed the test.
I love the look of these and the privacy and insulation they offer. The solar panel is plenty of power to keep the battery charged you you’d never know it was there. The matter integrated motor has performed flawlessly with my smart home. The only con is the little green light the flashes on the front when it’s charging that I can’t figure out how to turn off.
They went up fine fit perfectly and worked great with Alexa.

The smartwing shade is the upper shade. Its purpose is to block the strong sun in the morning. Today is even cloudy but the shade is working well. Color is slightly different than my existing shade so my suggestion is they add a few more "off white" tones. I didn't realize the shade mount for interior is designed to screw into the top of the window rather than the side. I have an arched window so had to build a header to mount the shades. I also did not realize I needed a zigbee hub to integrate into Alexa . Their hub integrated and worked first try and no issue. The blinds are working well and look nice
These were easy to install. They fit perfectly and look great. I created a daily schedule for when they open and close. We can also open or close them (fully or partially) with the remote, and open or close them with an Alexa routine ("Alexa, open the blinds"). And all at a great price!
I had a great experience with customer service. A live person always available to guide and answer questions. My order arrived much sooner than I expected. It arrived approximately 2 weeks ahead of the schedule. The quality of blinds is great and looks great. I use automation via Amazon Alexa. The automation generally works but manual (slider) control for blinds isn't available. I guess it has more to do with Alexa than Smartwings. Great product, overall.
We installed them in two windows and liked them so much we added two more. The inside mount is pretty easy to install. In an old house take plenty of measurements- we had quite a width variation.

We have been pleased with the amount of shade & light that is filtered out but doesn’t darkened the room. The measuring directions and installation directions and the mounting brackets are simple & effective. Christie in customer service was very patient offered good advice and understood the type of fabric light filtering needs we had and confirmed with me measurements & was exactly correct in going with the less technical model for our needs with remote use & recharging needs. We have been very happy with the quality, fabric construction , shade & motor housing. The pricing , construction & shipping was very reasonable to match the quality. And budget we had to work with .

I went full automation here, using the ZigBee interface with Home Assistant to open the blinds half an hour before sunrise and close them half an hour after sunset. And since our home faces southeast, the morning sun keeps the solar panels fully charged. I'm a serious (some might say obsessive) do-it-yourselfer, but this time around the extra quid we spent (These blinds are far from cheap, but you get what you pay for.) saved me hours of trial and error. Even my wife is very pleased with the product, which is a high hurdle, but probably the best thing about this company is that the customer service is absolutely outstanding. The people at this company are extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star product.
I was patient enough to wait for the two week delivery. I'm very happy with the blinds, perfectly packed and easy to install. At 1st I thought it was too short, but just needed to adjust the bottom stop from the factory preset which took me multiple tries until I got it just right. Integration with Amazon Echo also took me multiple attempts until it worked.

I have had these shades for over six months and I just love them. The ability to have the shades open and close outomatically each morning and evening without intervention has been a game changer. When I had manual shades, it was not only time consuming and combersome, but the pull strings occationally broke causing agrivation and additional cost. Durring this six month period, I did have a failure of the less expensive bridge but the Smartwings personnel were so very helpfull in resolving the issue that it confirmed my pleasure that I have purchased the Smartwings products. There is no question in my mind that I will look for oppertunities to replace my other shades as I am an enthusiastic owner of the Smartwings shades.

The shade shipped from China 3 days after placing the order. It took another 11 days to arrive at my home. It was very easy to install, taking only 15 minutes. I was able to add it to my Apple HomeKit system on the first try! If it continues to be reliable I intend on purchasing another 20 shades for a new home.
