These are really nice - they look high-quality and are relatively easy to program with the remote. The top cassette has a clean look. They're not ultra-quiet, but not too loud either. The duo layers provide good darkness for night while letting light in during the day. I wish I'd gotten a slightly higher transparency level on the light filtering ones - the standard is 5%, but 10% would have let in a little more daytime light while still protecting privacy.
Motors are quiet and the battery seems like it will last for months and months. Great purchase.
This was my second SmartWings Harmony Duo Plus. I'll probably buy a third one soon!
Very happy. Easy to install in the window. Looks good. Added it without any issue to Home Assistant and works perfectly well. Solar panels also seem to charge nicely even though they are fairly shaded.

Basic installation finished with no problems. I only got into trouble because I failed to read the manuals. For example, I went into considerable trouble to reach and... cut the antenna before reading in the manual that you are not supposed to do that (I misinterpreted the icon because it was too small). Maybe in addition to providing 6 detailed manuals you could also provide one page with pictures and a clear sign "Read this before opening" the package. Great product, thanks a lot

They look great. Function great. Installation could not have been easier. Ours are exterior mounted because of the sliding door hardware. Even with the exterior mount the blackout shade does its job. The small light leakage is evident during the day, but I sleep at night. The light filtering inner shade provides the necessary cut in glare from outside as well as sufficient privacy from any nosy squirrels. We will be purchasing again as we have many more windows to upgrade!
The shades are very nice and good quality, my contractors hung them but i was told the process was very easy, the dual shades are perfect for what i was looking for the only issue i had was trying to access the shade closest to the window to pair and connect to the solar charger hopefully you guys can make that process easier in the future but all in all i love the shades and will be purchasing more soon!!!
Light used to blast through my bog standard Venetian blinds and wake me up every morning no matter what time I went to bed. With the dual shade I can have 98% blackout for the morning/night and a great privacy sheer closed during the day that lets me see out fairly well, but I know the neighbors can't see in. For the blackout, with the blackout tracks I would say it's 98% as there's still a tiny bit of light seepage around the edges, but absolutely easy to sleep with. Great purchase. Would buy again.
Z-wave harmony dual shades are working great. I really appreciated how responsive the customer service was to our many questions. We have an unusual situation to mount them due to our window trim so we took our time measuring and it came out perfect. We connected the blinds to a hubitat system and control it thru that and Google assistant with no issues. The motor is quieter than I expected and the light levels are very good

This company is great! The quality of the blinds is excellent, and quite frankly the materials are much nicer than the major brands that provided me quotes for their products. We ordered 21 blinds for a new house, and the self installation and programming was easy. When I had questions, before and after purchase their customer support was outstanding, I could not recommend them more!
Up until now, we've been struggling with window coverings for a number of sliding glass doors - sheers for sunnier parts of the day and curtains in the evening. Neither option was remotely close to ideal. Our struggle is officially over. The SmartWings Dual Harmony Shades are not only sleek and elegant, functional and quiet, but a breeze to install and a joy to use during each part of the day. At the price point, I was initially apprehensive whether the fabrics and workmanship would be up to par. These are large, expansive shades and could dominate a room either positively or negatively. As it turns out - the SmartWings Dual Harmony Shades far exceeded our expectations in every regard. To the point that we have now ordered more for other rooms. The blinds are well-packaged and easy to install. I put them up in my bathroom to replace light-filtering manual blinds that were letting too much light into my bedroom. The installation process was a breeze. One of the things I love most about these blinds is that they give me privacy while still letting in light. I initially wasn't sure if I needed dual blinds, but these have completely silenced any doubts I had. The blinds are also a great value for the price. They're well-made and they work flawlessly with my SmartThings Hub. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely continue to be a SmartWings customer in the future.
