I do not know where to begin. Absolutely fantastic product and a better company. I could not be happier. The drapes are top quality and motorized feature fabulous. Thank you SmartWings for the super customer service.
Product quality was very good, from the track to the motor to the fabric. Assembly and installation was easy, too.
The curtains were easy to install very good quality and they work awesome. My only complaint is that my Alexa opens and closes them fine but she keeps giving me a message that they may be of line.
Exactly what we expected
This is my honest review, the drapes are great quality, the motor is quiet and everything runs smooth....now for the negative the instructions are horrible possibly some of the worst instructions I've seen from a product even the images drawn were inaccurate ....so to sum it all up the actual product gets a 10/10 but the instructions gets a -5 just horrible.
The drapery looks perfect and works seamlessly. Installation was a bit difficult due to its length, but it was still manageable.
We love these drapes! Added bonus to the look was how much cooler our house is keeping them closed during the day.
I’m very happy with this purchase. The Installation and remote programming instructions were both straight forward. My only challenge was that the screws that were included to attach to the wall were much too short if you’re screwing them directly into studs (only 1”). They probably would have been okay if using the drywall anchors but I wanted it to be more secure. Just a warning that you will want longer screws if drilling directly into studs. I contacted support for a couple questions. They were very prompt in their response and very helpful. Overall, great product and customer service. I’m happy with this purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again for other window treatments.
Love it! Bought one initially because I wasn't sure if we were going to like it, ended up buying a second one for another room. Went with the Matter motor which responds quick. Installation is harder than the motorized roller blinds but doable with two people. Also note that this requires an electrical outlet and is not a rechargeable battery so choose your power cord length accordingly! Had an issue with one of the orders but customer service was great and was able to help me out (Thanks, Suzy!)
We really like the drapes! The motor is very quiet and the fabric quality is good. It took a little bit of work to get the matter motor working, but this was an issue on our side (the wrong Alexa device) and not a problem with the product. The only negative feedback I have is that the valence is not rigid. Given how long our window is, this means that the valance fabric naturally gets wrinkles and waves in it. I am planning to do a little DIY and sew a rigid wire in the back of the valance to help improve the appearance.
Loved that everything was specifically tailored to fit my windows. I didn’t have to do any adjustments to anything. It was more or less a plug and play and it works fantastic

Amazing results! As someone who is very critical of the drapery component, because I have always made my own as well as for family and friends, the drapery component is very well-made, as are the track and motor assembly, and all function perfectly. The Homekit functionality is an absolute game-changer. Installation was a little tricky, but not a big deal if you have worked with professional-style drapery rods before.
From the start to the finish I was mad to feel like a person. I got humans, not robots. They responded personally and quickly. Amazing quality! Perfect fit! Love! LOVE!!! LOVE!!! the curtains!
