The blinds are outstanding however I did have some issues. First, I was sent the wrong manuals with Honeycomb shades. Secondly, I didn’t know the battery went behide the blinds which need to said up front because that affects the placement of the blinds. Thirdly, I had to go thru the setup process with customer service. After everything was setup, the blinds connected to Zigbee and Alexa with customer service help.

Easy ordering process and quick delivery. Was easy to setup and connect to our Apple Home ecosystem, so long as you are good at reading directions. Within about 1.5 hours we were up and running. Third blackout blinds that I have purchased from them. I value the price compared to competitors.

Order blackout shades for all bedrooms and purchasing light filtering/blackout shades for the living room, dinning room, and kitchen windows. They are relatively inexpensive compared to other companies without a drop in quality. Highly recommend!
I have installed automated blinds several times, and I have to say SmartWings surpassed my expectations. Easy to install (frankly I did it better than the professionals because of how easy the instructions were) and they are quieter than some others in the market. So far so good. My only advise is maybe to create a paper template and include it in the box so it is easier for people who are not too handy.

The shades were easy to install. The remote was already programed to control the shades. The color of the shade and light blocking quality are very good. A true quality product.
Easy install and loved it so much so, that I ordered a second for another room. Only ask to SmartWings was to add more wall brackets for double window sized shades. The blackout shades do very well blocking out light.
I measured myself and they came out perfect for my daughter’s room. She loves having it automatically open in the morning and close at night.
Love the blinds. Here's the deal. I ordered one to cover a window in the bedroom. After the ease of installation, product quality, HomeKit integration, and convenience, I ordered two more, and we plan to order another. That said - you can see that I'm a big fan of their product :-)
Easy to install and custom size was perfect
The blinds were the perfect size, easy to install, and easy to setup with Apple Home. My only complaint, admittedly my fault for not ordering a sample, is that the color is more taupe than grey. The color is acceptable in my space, but would have preferred it closer to the light grey pictured on the website.
Shade is well constructed and as ordered. Solid product with an easy installation and we will be ordering more.
I’m pretty excited about this!!! I’ve been looking for a solution that looks neat and tidy, and is almost invisible while up, but is effective at blocking sun when down. There are lots of very expensive options out there, but this solution was reasonably priced, easily customized, and extremely easy to install! It took my 74-year-old mom and me about 40 minutes from start to finish to read the instructions, install the brackets, install the shades, pair the remote and put it to good use. Very very pleased.
As is customary these shades are high quality. Install was easy and operation even easier. I plan on ordering more!
Great experience with my first order from SmartWings. I followed the measurement guide and my shades fit perfectly. They come already configured for the remote I ordered and the installation was super easy, just two screws per shade. On top of the default remote control, I added all shades to my SmartThings platform and created automations for different moments of the day, exactly what I was looking for!

Easy install. Connecting Alexa had get the extra wifi hub, then to go through another app and then connect that app to Alexa. Also battery is NOT hidden. Should have longer cables to mount on battery on wall or under curtains to hide it as it is a real eaysore. Got the 12v wall adapter but same problem that cord is way too short. Make some different length cable extentions just for this purpose and you'll sell a ton of them, guaranteed! Also get matter going with more than the roller blinds will help. Love the shade other than these issues. Hope this helps you with future sales. If you need a tester for new items, I'm you guy with 40 yrs in IT and the even more in home remodels!

Review after 2 months of using. Great product, easy to install, custom size came perfect fit for the window, easy to manage via Apple Home. The solar panel removes the need of repeated charging. Will be buying more for other windows soon.
My over the garage office has a large 6’x6’ window. The room would get so hot on warm days but the shades work wonders. They block nearly all the light and make the room feel so much cooler.
