The shades are great, well made, delivered quickly, easy to install.
However, the instructions regarding the extra-charge Zigbee motor paired with an Echo 4 are wrong. The shades will NOT respond via my Alexa/Echo 4 to the simple and obviously useful commands of "Raise" or "Lower"! After I wasted a lot of time trying to make it work, Support confirmed that an Echo 4 in fact will NOT raise or lower the shades on command even though the Echo 4 is listed on the first page of the Alexa Programming Guide as compatible.
Very frustrating - not happy about the wasted time nor the extra money I paid for the Zigbee motor that doesn't work with my Echo
