I've been using a Smartwings blind in an oversized window for a few weeks, and wanted to write. I love it! Your site and customer service made the ordering process a breeze, install was fairly easy (esp. with the youtube videos out there) and it operates like a charm. Added bonus; the vinyl buffers some exterior noises. The quality and operation of your remote controlled non-hardwired blinds are wonderful! And we're thinking of adding them to several other windows in the future.
