Good blinds; My installation problematic
Overall, I am very happy with my roller blind, and its integration into Hubitat/Zigbee. The 4-star rating is due to a number of factors: 1) website ordering was good, but failed to clarify why I could order some (but not other) light blockers … tech support resolved this, 2) I could not use the mounts provided (maybe because of a textured wall) and I could have used another mounting method (I dreamed up my own), 3) the written instructions could be clearer, and cover all aspects of the installation (online videos resolved most questions).
