We have three relatively large (6’x6’) windows in a row and needed outside mounted motorized shades. Order arrived fast (within 10 days). Smartwings customer service was superb when we ran into some problems with one of the shades (motor replacement). Both Rachelle and Suzy immediately got us the right part(s) and now shades are perfect, manufactured to exact specifications and connected to our HomePod via Thread. These shades were our second order with Smartwings and we will be ordering again soon. Thank you!
