I ordered four Matter-enabled blinds. They work perfectly. All of them installed in minutes, and integrated easily into my Apple Home environment.
I did have a setup problem with one of them but I received outstanding customer service. They figured out the problem and gave me clear instructions on how to fix it.

We have three relatively large (6’x6’) windows in a row and needed outside mounted motorized shades. Order arrived fast (within 10 days). Smartwings customer service was superb when we ran into some problems with one of the shades (motor replacement). Both Rachelle and Suzy immediately got us the right part(s) and now shades are perfect, manufactured to exact specifications and connected to our HomePod via Thread.
