My wife and I have been shopping for replacement blinds for some time. It took some convincing on my part to get her to consider an automated blind. She preferred the zero-effort blinds. Fortunately the cost of the non-automated blinds were much more expensive. This opened the door to trying SmartWings. We originally purchased the sample swatches to select a style and color. We were impressed with the size and variety of the samples. We made our choice and placed an order. The blind came quicker than I expected. Installation was very straight forward, however I would suggest larger washers for the mounting arms. I have to say, we were impressed with the build quality and look of the blind -- we purchased a longer single blind to cover two windows rather than two separate blinds we were replacing. We also got the valance with matching fabric cover and the fabric covered bottom bar. I love how quiet the blinds are, you can barely hear them when they're operating. I purchased the motor that is "Alexa" aware, so we could program a routine to open and close the blinds automatically. I also purchased the solar panel so I won't have to worry about recharging the battery. We got the blackout material which works out great for our dining room. From the outside you can't see anything in the house. Finally, I think I got the best compliment from my wife a few days after we had the blind up and running. She looked at me and said "I really like this blind." Gotta love 100% spouse approval. We'll be ordering from SmartWings for our next set of blinds.

The blind is great. The build quality and materials excellent. Installation was straight forward and I was able to paint the side rails to match the window trim for a very clean and professional look. I just need to do a little wire management to finish it off. SmartWings customer service responsive with the pre-sales inquires I made. I was also able to easily add it to my Home Assisant via Zigbee without much fuss. I liked it so much, I ordered 3 more to cover all of the windows in my studio.
These are great and fit very well. I was very pleased with how quickly they were shipped to me. Installation was easy, and use with Alexa works very well. I’m very pleased with my purchase and they fit exactly what I needed. I am using the solar power and I’ve not had any issues with the product so far.
Amazing and nice looking
This is for a high transom window. It worked well especially the remote feature. We are ordering another one as a result.
The installation was a snap. the solar panel is hidden behind the shade and the link to my Smartlife app controls the shade daily at the times I want it to. Very nice addition to our guest bathroom to help control the sun and the heating that occurred through the glass to that area of the home.

This is the 3rd Motorized Vertical Blackout Shade and IS AMAZING just like the other 2, beautiful valance wrapped with the same material, and the first remote we got (5 shades max control) has been perfect to instantly add each new shade as wet get them. We also opted for the light Blockers on the TV/Media Room and the Dinning Room and they make a huge difference! Our motors are Z-Wave compatible units so the 5 shade remote is perfect (uses is own signal system) hanging on the wall in the media room next to the fan controls, BUT the Z-Wave option let's me install the URC Total Home Wi-Fi Based (Hard wired ethernet to the brains) with infrared , serial, And IP Control outputs and 2way IP on compatible devices for entire property control, integration with lighting control, camera system , Door Locks, and these shades Via a Z-Wave Hub from URC.

Absolutely love our linen blackout shade. We overlapped each side of the window by about 3 inches and it does a great job, with minimal light leak. Installation was quick- about 15 minutes- and it quickly connected to our smart home hub. We love the minimal profile when the shade is fully open. Can’t wait to order more!

Overall satisfied. Very easy to install, measurements were correct. It was a bit clunky to get these discovered and paired with SmartThings but finally worked. The key issue I have is the battery status is not accurately reported by SmartThings, so it is hard to know when they are running low, additionally knowing when they are fully charged.
Easy to install and to program. Customer service has been awesome. I have a few more to buy. I had Budget blinds give me an estimate for 2 blinds and was $5500 to do it, i have put up 7 blinds for under $4000. What a savings]

We’ve only had the window shades for a couple weeks, but we love them. The installation was very simple and took 5-10 minutes per window. The instructions are simple and I had no issues programming the remote. The color seems a little lighter than the pictures but they are great quality and it’s a wonderful upgrade to our house. I would definitely purchase again

I can't get it to work right with Alexa, but it does work even though Alexa says there's a problem with the blind it always goes up or down. With remote it's perfect.
The company does incredible quality shipping it so it can take bumps along the way without doing any damage to anything they sell the packing was remarkable and the turnaround time of 17 days was outstanding. Everything fit exactly as was ordered. I am putting in another order they did so well on the first one.
