Love the SmartWings blinds! We got 10 of the 60% 75mm zebra blinds with standard motor and bridge. Pre-sales tech support was great, post sales technical support was fantastic. Blinds arrived quickly and work exactly as we wanted with either the remote or the app on our phones. We will be ordering several more soon for bedrooms in 90 or 95 blackout. So convenient to open and close blinds from wherever you are. And they look so clean and modern. Super value. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the decision to go with SmartWings was the right one. There are a lot of options, but just like people each blind is unique. Instructions were very clear and they synced with my SmartThings hub / Google Integration seamlessly. I will be ordering more to complete the downstairs windows. If cutting back on light is important to you go with the 90% blackout as the one in my video is 60% blackout and a lot of light still comes through...not a problem for me but make sure you consider that before hitting the purchase button.

The shades were easy to install and while it took me some trying to programnthe remote, I was able to add all 3 shades to the remote once I had the right directions. I would recommend Smartwings if you are planning to add motorized shades to your house.

I was a little nervous about the fit only because I wanted to get it right but once the blinds arrived I was pleasantly surprised not only that they fit, but how they were packaged. Smartwings made it easy by installing and orientating the clips so I knew exactly where they were to be installed. I’m very pleased with the looks, setup, and operation of them. One thing tho, I got apple with thread os, but Siri, says “the blinds are taking longer than normal to open” and they never open. The remote works great though.

These blinds are exactly as they are advertised. We ordered the zebra blinds with the solar panels. Installation was easy though some of the smart technology can be tricky when hooking it up to Alexa, but we did it without their support. We also ordered a roller shade and the light blocker’s were short. Richellle was very helpful and had the manufacturer send us the correct size. We also ordered a solar panel for the roller shade that ended up not working, and they do not take returns. I understand that taking a return for the shades themselves which are custom-made, but I would think they could take a return on a brand new solar panel. Also, we called them when placing this order to go over our windows to make sure we were ordering the motors on the correct size etc. We couldn’t use the solar panel because it was a sliding window and we ordered the motor on the side with the sliding window. I would think they could have helped us catch that error. Overall, it was an excellent wonderful experience and we pleased with this company is responsiveness to Customer service and the quality so far is wonderful!

I love our blinds and the color (light gray)! I did a lot of research before deciding on these. I was deciding between Graywind, Bali, and SmartWings. I'm glad that I chose SmartWings. The shipping was fast but more importantly you can tell the quality of the blinds. The valance is sturdy and it compliments the blinds really well. The noise isn't that loud but I can see how it can bother some people. However, it is quieter than the IKEA blinds.
