Absolutely loooove these!! Sorry for the extra kitchen sink accessories in the picture but we are a real life family with real life dishes LOL!! Yall, these were soooo easy to install. The packaging was secure and boxed very well so absolutely no damage was made during shipping. It's cat friendly too! We can raise the blind to whatever level we wish so that she can perch up there and bird watch. And we love that we can snap the remote right on the side of the window because if it goes in my storage drawer in the kitchen, it will never be found again! LOL!! I love these so much and we've already decided we want these for our living room.

These blinds look amazing and work flawlessly with the remote.
However the left blind looses connectivity after 1 day of use. This requires me to reset it in the app and reschedule all of my routines. The hub is 20ft line of sight to both of these blinds.

Great blinds. I had difficulty setting up with ihome and only gave a four-star review previously. Esme from Smart Wings reached out directly and everything is now working as expected. The customer service response was so good that I would give six stars if possible. We are very pleased.
Overall very happy with my purchase. The Plantation shutters in my bedroom let in too much light. The blackout essential motorized shades with the matter over thread motor work very well. At night the room is pitch black. I still get some bleed thru light in the direct sunlight, even though they are behind the plantation shutters and I installed the blackout side tracks as well. Happy enough that I purchased additional shades for my family room as well. Not installed yet. Waiting for delivery.
If a person is even the slightest DIY, these blinds are perfect for you. If you are a senior you may need your grandchild to program the auto open and close feature of the automatic motors.
We first ordered material samples which came very quickly. After selecting what we wanted the order was easy and installation was a breeze.
Only challenge was getting the USB plug to seat in the blind to do an initial charge. Need to push harder.
Great product! I love how quiet the z motor is and how perfect it fits the space. Instructions are straight forward and the shipping process/boxing ensures the product arrives undamaged. I’ve tried a couple other brands and will stick with these for sure!
Awesome blind. Works great. Installation went smooth. Connects with our Apple HomeKit for sunrise/sunset automation. Added the solar panel option, which appears to be keeping the battery charged to 100%. No surprises - so far so good.
The only downside was the cost, which I thought was quite high in Canadian dollars.
The fabric for both the light filtering and the blackout look exactly the same when comparing. The blackout shade blocks 100% of light at night and all except the side cracks in the day. The light filtering shade is beautiful in the day and barely lets any light in at night. I had some major issues setting up zigbee with my Alexa, but after I bought a separate hub it’s been working great. I set all the shades to open at sunrise and close at sunset. These were my test shades and now I plan to buy for the entire house.
We love the blind. A word to the wise, as a 85 year old man I wasn’t careful during the order process. I wanted a side mound and received an inside mound. I should have caught that before submitting the order. The blind was 3/16 inch longer than we ordered so to reorder I would have to pay 50% for another blind. My son who good at carpentry carved out the Jam to make it fit. Looks really nice and works well.
One of the things i like about smartwings is they have support in the US. The ordering process was easy. Processing time from order to shipment was shorter than I anticipated. Installation was easy. Overall we are very happy with the blinds
Customer service helped us with measurement and choosing the perfect material, I also recommend ordering the sample swatches. They arrived quickly. These are beautiful just what we needed and they are plenty long even though we do not have them completely lowered in this photo so our cats can still look out the window:)
We needed this for a tall, staircase window. I highly recommend the solar option. Our window is not near an outlet, but I also wouldn’t have wanted a big cord hanging down or replacing batteries all the time. The solar panel is hidden so it works perfectly! This is the exact solution we needed to block morning light and not have to close our bedroom door. The remote is also awesome and the blind itself looks great and is high quality.
We love it for the space its in its perfect. However I did purchase the Alexa motor with it but you need to have the hub to connect it to and I didn't know that but we have a control and solor panel on window that charges but we still love it ❤️
