Before getting started, be sure to set up your Connector account, Smart Link Pro, and shades within the Connector app. Once configured, the app allows you to manage up to 30 devices with convenient, centralized control.
An Essential Bridge — Smart Link Pro
Whether you're new to smart home technology or a seasoned enthusiast, the Smart Link Pro Hub is a smart and dependable choice. It connects your motorized shades to your home network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, enabling seamless control through the Connector app and easy integration with popular platforms like Alexa and Google Assistant.
Compared to standard hubs, Smart Link Pro offers an extended range—up to 30 meters (98 feet), while most regular hubs typically cover only around 20 meters.
For advanced systems like Control4, Crestron Home, RTI, or ELAN, Smart Link Pro is fully compatible.
