The installation of the shade went fine. The measurements were exact. They open and close without any issues. The other two drapes we purchased do have a few minor issues, but we will work through them. The shade opens and closes just fine. Smooth and quiet. We also like the way we can adjust the percentage of being open or closed. Great for sunny days. There is an issue with trying to get the remote control/phone app to work correctly. When we press the open button/up button on the remote, the shade closes. When we press the close/down button on the remote, the shade opens. We were able to follow the instructions that were sent with the shades to correct the problem. The app on our Android phones does the same thing. We are still trying to work through those issues. Other than the above-mentioned, we love the way they look and operate. I am pretty good with technology and will figure it out sooner or later on the app. Once we get the bugs worked out we plan on purchasing a few more for our home.
