I ordered 13 motorized blinds. They were well-packaged, of the proper sizes, and all parts and remotes were included. The installation brackets make for easy one-person installation. It would be nice to include a few extra brackets for larger blinds. One motor was unresponsive initially, but with some perseverance, I got it to respond. The blinds required programming to the proper remote and desired channel, but after that, they work perfectly. Highly recommend given the quality and price.
