Everything was great with the products. The only criticism I have is with the woman I spoke to when I called into your company. She was not knowledgeable and she gave me false information about the products. She told me I could request to have the item 60 in wide and I could actually go up to 65 in for an extra $200 and that was not the case according to the person that emailed me who fulfilled the order. That was kind of disturbing and not a very good experience but overall it worked out. I am very nice when it comes to this but somebody else would not be

I love my blinds. Using I remote instead of getting up and down to open and close them is wonderful. I have light filtering in my office and darkening in my living room. They have worked out perfectly.
