Excellent packing for shipping, easy to understand set up and installation and pairing. My only issue for my particular circumstance is the mounting brackets springs have too much resistance to press and click lock the roller blind. This made it difficult for me up on a ladder, as it was almost pushing me and the ladder away from the window trying to click the roller blind in.

These blinds came directly from China (which was not apparent when I ordered them). However, they arrived in less than 2 weeks, which would be roughly comparable to US made custom blinds. They were extremely well packaged and completely undamaged when they arrived. When I was ordering, I liked the multiple automation options (zigbee, z-wave, etc). The price seemed very good for large custom blinds. When I got the product I was really impressed with the quality. The hanging brackets are genius….. super easy to mount on the wall (you just mount the bracket first), then super easy to “clip” the blinds into place. They came with some charge in them so I was able to easily pair them to my existing Z wave network. The action is really nice…. They “soft start” and “soft stop”, which makes them look very slick. They are also extremely quiet. I would definitely recommend these blinds in terms of overall quality as well as value for money. I got 4 blinds for roughly the cost of a single blind from other vendors.
