This was my second order with Smart Wings. It’s exactly what was ordered and I’m very pleased with my new shade.

Support told me that the image was incorrect and that Roman shades were 1/2 inch away from the window. This turned out to be very incorrect as they are more like 3 inches so the gap was very unexpected. Also the matter blinds sometimes disconnect from my Home Assistant setup and I have to manually push the button to make them move.
