Very impressed with the product and ordering procedure. The customer service (responding to some emails) was outstanding...and then when the shades arrived, the packaging was absolutely superb/perfect and the installation instructions could not have been better. And one more thing: the pricing was very competitive! Highly recommend!

The product looks great and was very easy to install. My reasoning for only 4 stars is: 1 - The actual depth of product was very important to me and a profile schematic was impossible to actually find. They just tell you to have a space of 2 1/4” or less. Everything on the site referred to the battery having to be mounted on the back of the head rail. It took a phone call to learn that the battery on my specific product would actually be inside of the head rail, which is exactly what I wanted. I also wasn’t able to find the actual installation instructions, which would have helped with my ordering confidence. On the positive side, installing these things is exceedingly SIMPLE! Bravo for that. 2 - There was no acknowledgement of the order sent, therefore nothing showing the actual finished size of the product (which ended up being a problem I’ll describe in #3) nor an estimated shipping date. The first acknowledgment I received was that the product was ready to be shipped (less than 2 1/2 weeks from order). The products shipped from China 12/8 and received complete by 12/14, via DHL. Of the 3 packages, 2 were delivered on the 13th & 1 on the next day. All the products were very well packaged. I was concerned about possible damage since 2 of the shades were 99” long. 3 - This is the most concerning of the issues: when ordering, the manufacturer tells you to provide the exact opening and they’ll deduct the appropriate amount. They only deducted 1/16”, which unfortunately made very a very tight (too tight) fit. I had to resolve this my taking a mallet to both sides the window trim to increase by another 1/16”. My suggestion to people ordering would be to deduct 1/8” from your smallest opening size.
