Motorized roller shade installed and functions perfectly and as advertised. Only problem is the solar charger does not fit in our octagon window and I would have needed to fish the lead wire through the wall since the shade is wall mounted above the window. This is not a standard installation since it is an octagon window but we will simply charge the battery with the cord every few months. They say it should last 4-6 months on a charge. After much research this was the the best option for our octagon window.
