The shades went up easily, but have had difficulty getting my AppleTV to connect to them without moving the Apple TV to a straight line of sight. Without the connection, the automations don’t work. Also, one of the shades has an annoying clicking sound as it goes up. I’m going to see if support has a solution for that. It works, but it is the only one of the 3 I have that makes such an annoying sound every 2 seconds as it raises.

They arrived in good shape, but I've yet to. be able to get the connected to the Home app. I remember some different efforts I made for my prior shades, that were not clearly laid out in the instructions. Here the instructions seem clearer, but still don't work. They are physically so nice and easy to install, it's a shame that the internet connection is a struggle. Using my existing remote worked OK.
