SmartWings Motorized Light Filtering Cellular Shades Nowa

I wrote an earlier review mentioning that I was having issues with the Alexa feature and was constantly losing connection. I had reached out for support from Smartwings and still had issues. Because of this I gave a four star rating and not a 5 star. Smartwings reached out and fixed the issue by sending me a free smart hub. This was something they didn't have to do, but that just shows what a great company they are and care about their customers. Everything is working great and we love the blinds. We couldn't be happier and will buy again. Thank you. 5 stars

The blind arrived earlier than it was supposed to. The packaging was effective. The blinds were well protected on their journey. All the parts were included in the box. The installation instructions were clear and easy. The remote was easy to install and was operational immediately. The fabric on the cellular blind was good quality. They allow the perfect amount of light to maintain brightness when closed. I am very happy with this purchase.
