I'm enjoying the top down bottom up shades and appreciate the support. What I'd prefer they improve is the communication after order and before shipping- it's a black hole of non-information so you aren't even sure if they are working on your order. Please communicate more ! Once I got the blinds though the support was good although do expect 1 day delay in responses if you are in North America (my experience anyway)

Overall great blind. Tue only aspect we are less enamored with is that the light filtering upper part is a little too opaque for our liking.
