Ordered 2 to test. Arrived 10 days after ordering. Very, very well packed to prevent damag. Literally 10 min to hang in place. Used the remote to set the max open and max close. Paired with an Aeotec Smart Things hub, which is not needed, but wanted to set automatic open and close at dawn and sunset. Setting up the hub was more tricky, but that has nothing to do with Smartwings.
Overall, very impressed with the look and function vs the manual slat blinds we had. Super clean looking and the battery operation is cool. And about half the price of Levelor Blinds too! Only downside, Smartwings are made in China and that was not clearly stated on their website.
Nonetheless, we are ready to buy the other 5 blinds for our house. Thanks Smartwings.
